3 Essential Checks Before Submitting Any Indian Exam Form

Over 300,000 application forms are rejected annually across major Indian recruitment drives due to technical imaging non-compliance. Review these critical rules before completing final form payment:

1. Background & Spectacles

Background must be plain white or off-white. Red, blue, or textured selfie backgrounds trigger immediate rejection. Even clear prescription spectacles can cause glare on camera sensors—authorities strongly recommend removing them for candidate photos.

2. Running Hand Signature

Signatures in CAPITAL BLOCK LETTERS are strictly disqualified by SSC, IBPS, and RRB. Sign in natural cursive running handwriting with a black ballpoint pen on plain, unruled white paper.

3. Accurate Date & Name Placard

If applying for UPSC or NEET, ensure your candidate name and the date of photo capture are clearly legible at the bottom of the portrait. The capture date must fall within the notification’s permitted window (typically within 10 days for UPSC).
